Scope
This policy applies to products supplied through OUCO for export and project use. Manufacturing remains with selected production partners. OUCO coordinates product matching, commercial communication and warranty claim handling with the applicable supply source.
Standard coverage
Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation or supply agreement, standard warranty coverage typically includes manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions for the period confirmed at order stage.
- Coverage starts from the shipment date or the date stated on the commercial documents
- The exact period, exclusions and spare-parts terms follow the confirmed order scope
- Project-specific or OEM arrangements may define a different warranty window
What is covered
- Defects attributable to materials or workmanship under intended use
- Repair, replacement or credit options agreed after technical review
- Support for identifying the correct spare part or compatible replacement where needed
What is not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, wiring, overload or unsuitable operating conditions
- Normal wear, consumables, or damage from transport after delivery acceptance without timely notice
- Unauthorized modification, repair or use outside the published / confirmed ratings
- Force majeure events or site conditions outside the product design intent
How to start a claim
Submit a warranty registration with the product model, serial or order reference, installation location, fault description and supporting photos or test records. OUCO will review the case with the manufacturing partner and confirm the next step.
Review process
- OUCO confirms the product identity and order record
- Technical information is reviewed against the reported fault
- Where valid, repair, replacement or an agreed commercial remedy is arranged
